摘要
目的分析实习护生在临床实践中的决策能力及自主学习能力的整体状况,并分析两者之间的相关性,为实习护生自主学习能力的有效培养提供参考。方法采用便利抽样法,于2023年11月至2024年2月,选取北京某“三甲”医院中的177名护理实习生作为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、临床决策能力量表、自主学习能力量表进行调查分析。结果实习护生临床决策能力条目均分为(3.05±0.75)分,自主学习能力条目均分为(3.02±0.77)分;相关性分析结果表明,临床决策能力与自主学习能力呈正相关关系(r=0.933,P<0.01)。结论护生自主学习能力与临床决策能力呈显著的正相关关系,在教学过程中应特别重视并加强对护生自主学习能力的培养,以提高其临床决策能力。
Objective To analyze nursing interns'decision-making ability and self-taught ability in clinical practice,and to analyze the correlation between them to provide reference for the effective cultivation of self-taught ability of nursing interns.Methods Convenience sampling was used to select 177 nursing interns from a Grade-A hospital in Beijing from November 2023 to February 2024 as the research subjects.General information survey scale,Clinical Decision-making Ability Scale,and Self-taught Ability Scale were used for investigation and analysis.Results The average score for the clinical decision-making ability items of nursing interns was(3.05±0.75)score,and the average score for the self-taught ability item was(3.02±0.77)score.The correlation analysis results showed a positive correlation between clinical decision-making ability and self-taught ability(r=0.933,P<0.01).Conclusion There is a significant positive correlation between nursing students'self-taught ability and clinical decision-making ability.In the teaching process,special attention should be paid to and the cultivation of nursing students'self-taught ability should be strengthened to improve their clinical decision-making ability.
