高温高湿低氧环境下人体生理指标敏感性试验研究

Experimental Investigation on the Sensitivity of Human Physiological Parameters under Conditions of High Temperature,High Humidity,and Low Oxygen

摘要 确定高温高湿低氧环境下作业人员的各项生理指标在不同工况下的敏感程度,降低安全隐患,提高工作效率。通过试验得出各项生理参数的极限值,分析环境参数与生理指标之间的相关性,确定人体各项生理指标在不同工况下的敏感程度,对各生理参数进行多因素方差分析。不同工况下,各项指标存在极显著差异;各敏感性生理指标对温度的敏感程度排序为:疲劳症状、心率、皮肤温度、热感觉、耳道温度,对相对湿度的敏感程度排序为:热感觉、疲劳症状、心率、耳道温度、皮肤温度;提出了人体生理综合评价指标。基于小样本试验得出了耳道温度、心率、皮肤温度、热感觉以及疲劳症状为敏感性生理参数。 To determine the sensitivity of various physiological indicators of workers in high temperature,high humidity,and low oxygen environments under different working conditions,in order to reduce safety hazards and improve work efficiency.Through experiments,the limit values of various physiological parameters were obtained.The correlation between environmental parameters and physiological indicators was analyzed to determine the sensitivity of human physiological indicators under different working conditions.A multifactorial analysis of variance was conducted on each physiological parameter.There were extremely significant differences in various indicators under different working conditions.The sensitivity of each sensitive physiological indicator to temperature was ranked as follows:fatigue symptoms,heart rate,skin temperature,thermal sensation,ear canal temperature.Their sensitivity to relative humidity was ranked as:thermal sensation,fatigue symptoms,heart rate,ear canal temperature,skin temperature.A comprehensive evaluation index for human physiology was proposed.Based on a small sample experiment,ear canal temperature,heart rate,skin temperature,thermal sensation,and fatigue symptoms were identified as sensitive physiological parameters.
