摘要
绿色金融的发展对于环境保护具有重要意义,如何协同绿色金融各要素,实现地区环境绩效的提升是亟待解决的现实问题。论文采用考虑非期望产出的Super-SBM-DEA模型,在精准测度地区环境绩效的基础上,运用模糊集定性比较分析法(fsQCA),从组态视角分析绿色金融各要素在实现高环境绩效方面的驱动机制。研究发现:(1)中国省域环境绩效总体呈现出“东—中—西”阶梯式下降的空间分布特征。(2)绿色金融的单个要素不是构成高环境绩效的必要条件。(3)绿色金融促进地区环境绩效存在三条驱动路径:“绿色证券—绿色投资”双轮驱动型和“绿色信贷—碳金融”双轮驱动型为主的双轮驱动路径、“绿色信贷—绿色保险—绿色投资—碳金融”协调发展型为主的多维协同型发展路径、“绿色证券—绿色信贷—碳金融”三元并驾型和“绿色证券—绿色投资—碳金融”三元并驾型为主的三元并驾均衡驱动路径。研究结论对推动实现经济的绿色可持续发展具有一定的理论意义和政策启示。
The development of green finance is critical to environmental protection,which is a pressing and practical issue to figure out how to combine the different components of green finance to achieve the enhancement of regional environmental performance.This paper uses the Super-SBM-DEA model to precisely measure the regional environmental performance,taking into account the nondesired results.Based on this,the driving force behind each component of green finance in attaining high environmental performance is examined from a configuration viewpoint using a fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis(fsQCA).The findings are as follows:(1)China’s provincial environmental performance shows an“East-Middle-West”declining spatial distribution.(2)Individual elements of green finance are not necessarily essential to constitute high environmental performance.(3)There are three driving paths for green finance to promote regional environmental performance,which are two-wheel driving path(“green security-green investment”twowheel driving;“green credit-carbon finance”two-wheel driving),multi-dimensional collaborative development path(“green credit-green insurance-green investment-carbon finance”collaborative development)and three-way parallel driving(“green security-green creditcarbon finance”three-way parallel driving;“green security-green investment-carbon finance”).The study’s conclusions have significant theoretical implications and additionally practical ramifications for the achievement of sustainable and green economic development.
