摘要
文章针对深部高应力软岩巷道变形破坏严重问题,以屯兰矿18302工作面为工程背景,分析工作面皮带顺槽出现的变形破坏规律,并结合工作面地质条件,针对性地提出“注浆短锚索+预应力长锚索+金属网+喷射混凝土”的联合支护方案。采用围岩变形观测和钻孔窥探方式,综合分析返修支护方案的实际应用效果。研究结果表明,该方案能有效控制巷道的稳定性,巷道顶板、两帮的变形量相较于返修前明显减小。
In view of the serious deformation failure of deep high-stress soft rock roadway,taking 18302 working face in Tunlan Mine as the engineering background,this paper analyzes the deformation failure law of the belt groove in the working face,and puts forward the combined support scheme of"grouting short anchor cable+prestressed long anchor cable+metal mesh+shotcrete"in combination with the geological conditions of the working face.The practical application effect of the repair support scheme is comprehensively analyzed by means of surrounding rock deformation observation and borehole peeping.The results show that the scheme can effectively control the stability of the roadway,and the deformation of the roof and two sides of the roadway is significantly reduced compared with that before repair.
