VR与AR技术在医学图像三维重建教学辅助系统中的应用效果分析

Analysis of the Application Effect of VR and AR Technology in Medical Image Three-Dimensional Reconstruction Teaching Assistant System

摘要 目的研究虚拟现实(virtual reality,VR)与增强现实(augmented reality,AR)技术在医学图像三维重建教学辅助系统的应用效果。方法选取2023年7月—2024年11月南昌大学53名2020级大四学生作为对照组(开展常规临床教学),选取65名2021级大四学生作为观察组(在常规临床教学基础上开展医学图像虚拟仿真教学辅助系统的应用)。比较2组学生考核情况和学习能力与兴趣评价情况。结果观察组的理论、临床实践技能、病历书写、课堂表现、考核总分、临床思维能力、自主学习能力、团队合作能力、学习兴趣调动评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。考核总分与临床思维能力(r=0.535)、自主学习能力(r=0.527)、团队合作能力(r=0.763)、学习兴趣调动(r=0.763)呈中度正相关关系,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论VR和AR技术构建的医学图像三维重建教学辅助系统应用在医学教育中,可以提高学生思维能力,强化学生自主学习,推动团队合作,调动学习兴趣,促进学生专业综合能力的提升。 Objective To study the application effect of virtual reality(VR)and augmented reality(AR)technology in medical image 3D reconstruction teaching assistance system.Methods From July 2023 to November 2024,53 senior students of 2020 grade in Nanchang University were selected as the control group(to carry out routine clinical teaching),and 65 senior students of 2021 grade were selected as the observation group(to carry out the application of medical image virtual simulation teaching assistant system on the basis of routine clinical teaching).Compare the assessment and evaluation of learning abilities and interests between two groups of students.Results The theory,clinical practice skills,medical record writing,classroom performance,assessment total score,clinical thinking ability,independent learning ability,teamwork ability and learning interest mobilization of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).The total score was moderately positively correlated with clinical thinking ability(r=0.535),independent learning ability(r=0.527),teamwork ability(r=0.763)and learning interest mobilization(r=0.763),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion The application of 3D medical image reconstruction teaching assistance system constructed by VR and AR technology in medical education can improve students’thinking ability,strengthen students’independent learning,promote team cooperation,mobilize learning interest,and promote the improvement of students’professional comprehensive ability.
