摘要
以人为本、以患者为中心是当代医疗模式的核心理念,医生除了需要拥有精湛的医疗技术以外,还需要拥有崇高的人文素养。所以医学生人文素质教育是医学生培养过程中必不可少的内容,如何更好地进行医学人文教育是目前继续医学教育的难题。传统的线下医学人文教学形式单一,受到时间、空间的限制。文章描述了医学人文教育相关概念及现状,提出线上医学人文教学的方式。在充分了解并利用线上医学人文教学优势的情况下,通过多种方法将其与线下医学人文教学相结合。教师可以在与学生面对面进行交流互动的线下课程基础上,结合线上多样、丰富、灵活、开放的拓展教学方式,可以有效地提高医学人文教学的效率及质量,激发医学生的学习兴趣,培养医学生的自主学习能力。
People oriented and patient-centered are the core concepts of contemporary medical model.Doctors need to have not only exquisite medical technology,but also lofty humanistic quality.Therefore,humanistic education for medical students is an indispensable content in their training process.How to make medical humanistic education better is a challenge in continuing medical education.The traditional offline medical humanities teaching form is single,which is limited by time and space.This article describes the concepts and current situation of medical humanities education,and proposes online medical humanities teaching.On the premise of understanding their respective advantages,online medical humanities teaching can be combined with offline medical humanities teaching through a variety of methods.On the basis of the offline courses which fulfill the face-to-face communication with students,teachers can make use of diverse,rich,flexible and open online teaching methods to effectively improve the efficiency and quality of medical humanities teaching,stimulate medical students’interest,and cultivate their independent learning ability.
