摘要
目的研究品管圈模式下危重症护理技能培训的实践成果。方法选择本院2023年6月—2023年12月ICU护理团队共40名护士为研究对象,采取随机方式将其分为两组,每组20名。对照组采取院内ICU护理人员常规管理制度进行管理,研究组则以品管圈模式推行危重症护理技能规范化培训、实践、考核,并优化护理管理方案。最终,通过对比分析两组护理人员在护理操作、沟通技巧、服务态度、病房管理以及护理记录文书等多个维度上的表现,对他们在危重症护理、基础护理和急救护理方面的技能水平进行了评估。同时,也对两组护理人员的工作压力评分、对自身工作的满意度以及自我效能感进行了比较。结果观察组危重症护理技能评价综合得分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组工作压力评价得分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组自我满意度得分、自我效能感评价得分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论品管圈模式下推进危重症护理技能培训、实践等举措有助于提高危重症护理人员的专业技能,改善其工作环境,提高其工作积极性,显著提升其自我效能感,值得推广使用。
Objective To study the practical achievements of critical nursing skills training under quality control circle mode.Methods The paper chose 40 nurses in ICU nursing team of our hospital from June 2023 to December 2023 as research subjects,and divided them into the study group of 20 cases and the control group of 20 cases with randomized comparative study.The control group was treated with routine management system of ICU nursing staff in the hospital,while the study group with standardized training,practice,and assessment of critical nursing skills based on quality control circle model.The nursing management plan was optimized.Finally,nursing skills of critical nursing,basic nursing,and emergency nursing from multiple dimensions of nursing operations,communication,service attitude,ward management and nursing record documents were compared and analyzed between two groups.Work pressure scores,satisfaction degree with work,self-efficacy,and other factors were compared between two groups of nursing staff.Results Comprehensive scores of critical nursing skills evaluation in the observation group were(95.6±1.5),significantly higher than the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).Evaluation scores of work pressure for the observation group were(14.1±1.3),significantly lower than the control group,difference was significant(P<0.05).Self satisfaction scores(30.2±1.3)and self-efficacy evaluation scores(8.6±0.5)of the observation group were significantly higher than the control group,difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Critical nursing skills training and practice under quality control circle model can improve professional skills of critical nursing staff,enhance work environment and motivation,and improve self-efficacy significantly,which is worthy of promotion and application.
