斜拉桥前支点挂篮行走体系转换与移位下放施工技术研究

Research on the Walking System Transition and Displacement Lowering Construction Technology for Front Support Hanging Basket of Cable-stayed Bridge

摘要 前支点挂篮技术因具有稳定性好、适应性强且安全性高等优点,被广泛应用于大跨度混凝土斜拉桥的主梁悬臂浇筑施工中。然而,当桥梁中跨合龙完成后,若挂篮体量较大且桥下存在建筑物或湍急江河时,直接下放挂篮的难度和风险会显著增加。因此为解决这一技术难题,依托重庆市草街嘉陵江特大斜拉桥项目,提出并应用了一种前支点挂篮行走体系转换与移位下放施工技术,并通过对现有挂篮行走转换装置技术的借鉴与创新,研发出了一种前支点挂篮行走体系转换装置,然后对该装置的设计构造、结构验算、下放方案以及主要工艺流程进行了介绍。工程实践表明,该施工技术能够将前支点挂篮高效平稳地移动至指定的索塔根部进行下放和拆除,显著降低了操作风险,提升了施工安全性和效率,可为类似工程提供参考。 The front support hanging basket technique is widely used in the cantilever casting of main girders of large-span concrete cable-stayed bridge because of its advantages of stability,strong adaptability and high safety.However,once the midspan closure of the bridge is completed,if the hanging basket is larger and there are buildings or fast-flowing rivers beneath it,the difficulty and risk of directly lowering the hanging basket increase greatly.In order to solve the problem,a walking system transition and displacement lowering construction technique for the front support hanging basket was proposed and applied in Jialing River Grand Cable-Stayed Bridge project of Caojie,Chongqing.By drawing on and innovating existing technologies,a new front support hanging basket walking system transition apparatus was developed.And the design and structure,structural verification,the lowering plan,and main process flow of this apparatus were introduced.Engineering practice has demonstrated that this construction technology can efficiently and smoothly move the front support hanging basket to the designated cable tower base for lowering and dismantling,significantly reducing operational risks,and enhancing construction safety and efficiency,which can provide reference for similar engineering projects.
