摘要
军事设施的信息化、智能化增加了其在强电磁脉冲环境下的易损性风险。军事设施电磁脉冲易损性评估是了解军事设施在电磁脉冲作用下功能受损特性及系统易损部件的重要手段,也是高效开展军事设施电磁脉冲防护的基础和前提,对于保证军事设施在强电磁脉冲环境下的安全具有重要意义。根据军事设施特点和现有研究条件,提出了基于电磁环境仿真计算和设备损伤效应试验的复杂目标电磁易损性评估方法及流程,并结合实际评估,分析了开展军事设施电磁易损性评估对关键技术能力的需求。
The informatization and intelligence of military facilities have increased the risk of vulnerability in the high electromagnetic pulse environment.Assessment of military facilities vulnerability against electromagnetic pulse is an important means to know the functional vulnerability characteristics and vulnerable components of military facilities under electromagnetic pulse,and also the foundation and prerequisite for effective electromagnetic pulse protection of military facilities,which is of great significance for ensuring the safety of military facilities in the high electromagnetic pulse environment.According to the characteristics of military facilities and existing research conditions,this paper proposed a method and process for evaluating the electromagnetic vulnerability of complex targets based on electromagnetic environment simulation and equipment damage effect experiments,and in combination with actual evaluation,analyzed the requirements on the key technical capabilities for the assessment of electromagnetic vulnerability of military facilities.
