新疆棉秆皮纤维提取工艺

Extraction process of Xinjiang cotton stalk bast fibers

摘要 为了提高新疆废弃棉秆皮的利用价值,采用浸碱超声辅助碱氧脱胶法提取新疆棉秆皮纤维。探究过氧化氢质量浓度、氢氧化钠质量浓度、脱胶时间、脱胶温度、浴比对新疆棉秆皮脱胶效果的影响。结果表明:当过氧化氢质量浓度为10 g/L,氢氧化钠质量浓度为10 g/L,脱胶时间为90 min,脱胶温度为70℃,浴比为1∶25时,脱胶率为69.25%,回潮率为5.3%,断裂强力为73.12 cN,细度为46.38μm,手扯长度为72 mm,白度为58.4%,结晶度为57.69%。 In order to improve the utilization value of waste cotton stalk bast in Xinjiang,the alkali-impreg-nated ultrasonic assisted alkaline oxygen degumming method was used to extract the fiber of Xinjiang cotton stalk bast.The effects of hydrogen peroxide concentration,sodium hydroxide concentration,degumming time,degumming temperature and bath ratio on the degumming effect of Xinjiang cotton stalk bast were explored.The results showed that when the hydrogen peroxide concentration was 10 g/L,the sodium hydroxide concen-tration was 10 g/L,the time was 90 min,the degumming temperature was 70℃,and the bath ratio was 1∶25,the degumming rate was 69.25%,the moisture regain was 5.3%,the breaking strength was 73.12 cN,the fine-ness was 46.38μm,the hand pulled length was 72 mm,the whiteness was 58.4%,and the crystallinity was 57.69%.
