摘要
目前,在油气田开发过程中,尤其在直井或水平井的裸眼分段压裂改造过程中,一般采用裸眼封隔器进行分段完井和改造,因而裸眼封隔器是油气田开发过程中的重要设备。裸眼封隔器作为裸眼完井分段改造工艺中的重要工具之一,主要起到封隔裸眼储层段的作用,裸眼封隔器的性能直接影响分段压裂工艺的成败。以扩张式裸眼封隔器为例,从安全性、可靠性和经济性3个角度出发,构建扩张式裸眼封隔器的效能评价指标体系,设置整体安全系数,故障率,坐封成功率,解封成功率,故障处置时间,施工费用率共6个效能评价指标。基于不同系列扩张式裸眼封隔器在塔河油田使用的历史统计数据,选用模糊综合评价法对裸眼封隔器进行效能评价,得出K343型系列扩张式裸眼封隔器为企业的最优选择。研究结果对于特深层油气田高效开发与降本增效、有效降低扩张式裸眼封隔器使用故障率具有重要意义。此方法也可以类推至其它企业对不同厂家和类型封隔器的选型工作中。
In the current phase of oil and gas field development,the open-hole staged fracturing and reconstruction of both vertical or horizontal Wells is a prevalent process.Therefore,the open hole packer is an important equipment in the process of oil and gas field development.Open hole packer,as one of the important tools in open hole completion process,can mainly play a role in sealing open hole reservoir segments,and the performance of open hole packer directly affects the success or failure of the staged fracturing process.Taking the expansion open hole packer as an example,this paper constructs the efficiency evaluation index system of expansion open hole packer from three perspectives of safety,reliability,and economy.It sets up six efficiency evaluation indexes including overall safety factor,failure rate,setting success rate,unsealing success rate,failure disposal time,and construction cost rate.Based on the historical statistical data of different series of expansion open hole packers used in Tahe oilfield,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the effectiveness of open hole packers,and it is concluded that K343 series expansion open hole packers are the best choice for enterprises.The research results are of great significance for the efficient development of ultra-deep oil and gas fields,the reduction of cost and efficiency,and the effective reduction of the failure rate of expansion open hole packers.This method can also be used by other companies in selecting dfferent manufacturers and types of packers.
