软硬知识协同的交通工程专业课程体系构建

摘要 在“新工科”背景下,针对交通工程专业系统性强的特点,形成工程与管理、理论与实践融合的复合型人才培养模式是一个发展方向。上海理工大学以系统科学和管理科学与工程两大优势学科为依托,在管理学院开展软硬知识协同的交通工程本科教育教学。研究结合管理学院发展特点,针对交通工程专业课程建设展开系统性改革,从机遇与挑战、应对策略、建设方案、建设成效四个方面展开。课程体系从保障学科基础、对接优势学科、培养软实力和培养硬实力四个维度,形成基础理论、交通管理与大数据、智能交通和道路工程四个课程板块。初步形成了契合新工科建设内涵和管理学院特色的交通工科课程体系。 Under the background of"new engineering",aiming at the systematic characteristics of traffic engineering,it is a development direction to form a composite talent training mode integrating engineering and management,theory and practice.The University of Shanghai for Science and Technology,relying on the two dominant disciplines of system science and management science and engineering,carries out undergraduate education in traffic engineering in the business school.Based on the development characteristics of the business school,the study carried out a systematic reform for the curriculum construction of traffic engineering,which includes four aspects:Opportunities and challenges,coping strategies,construction plans,and construction results.From the four dimensions of ensuring discipline foundation,connecting superior disciplines,cultivating soft power,and cultivating hard power,the curriculum has formed four modules:Basic theory,traffic management and big data,intelligent transportation,and road engineering.The curriculum system of transportation engineering,which conforms to the connotation of new engineering construction and the characteristics of a management college,has been formed.
