摘要
单宁酸(TA)是从天然植物中提取的主要化合物,具有抗氧化、抗炎、抗菌、抗病毒及抗癌等作用。饲粮中添加适量TA可以改善畜禽肠道健康,提高机体免疫功能,减少瘤胃甲烷排放,提高动物的生产性能,在畜禽生产中具有广泛的应用前景。但目前TA的分子作用机制尚未被充分阐明,且在畜禽生产中的有效性、安全性仍然缺乏足够的试验数据支撑。文章综述了TA的生物学功能及其在畜禽生产中的研究进展,以期为TA在畜禽生产中的进一步应用提供参考。
Tannic acid(TA)is a major compound extracted from natural plants,known for its antioxidant,anti-inflammatory,antibacterial,antiviral,and anticancer properties.The addition of an appropriate amount of TA to feed can improve the intestinal health of livestock and poultry,enhance immune function,reduce ruminal methane emissions,and improve animal production performance,showing broad application prospects in livestock and poultry production.However,the molecular mechanisms of TA are not yet fully elucidated,and there is still a lack of sufficient experimental data to support its effectiveness and safety in livestock and poultry production.This article reviews the biological functions of TA and the research progress in its application in livestock and poultry production,aiming to provide a reference for the further application of TA in the industry.
