多纵梁侧倾单拱肋双索面异形钢拱桥力学特性研究

Study on Mechanical Property of an Unconventionally-Configured Steel Arch Bridge Featuring Multiple Stringers,Single Laterally-Inclined Arch and Double Planes of Suspenders

摘要 为了解多纵梁侧倾单拱肋双索面异形钢拱桥的力学特性,指导类似桥梁设计和施工,以某跨径91.7 m的多纵梁侧倾单拱肋双索面异形钢拱桥为背景,采用MIDAS Civil软件建立该桥模型,确定结构的成桥状态,计算恒载、人群荷载、横风荷载和地震作用下的结构响应,分析系梁与主梁间距、拱肋倾角对结构静动力特性和稳定性的影响。结果表明:恒载作用下梁、拱特征位置应力不大于100 MPa,拉索应力不超过450 MPa,且恒载为最重要的设计荷载,其次分别为人群荷载、地震荷载和横风荷载;该桥梁、拱均需设置较大的预拱度,且无法通过调整索力来减小预拱度,给施工带来不便;类似桥梁设计时可适当减小系梁与主梁间距或增大拱肋倾角,以减小预拱度及协调各片梁的变形,且上述参数调整对结构的静动力特性及稳定性的影响均较小。 This study investigates the mechanical property of an unconventionally-configured steel arch bridge that features multiple stringers in the deck system,a single laterally-inclined arch spanning 91.7 m,and double planes of suspenders,the engineering practice of which provides insights into the design and construction of arch bridges of similar type.Numerical simulation was carried out in MIDAS Civil to determine the as-built alignment of the bridge,calculate the structural responses of the bridge under dead loads,crowd loads,crosswind loads,and seismic loads.and analyze the influence of the spacing between the tie beam and the main beam as well as the inclination angles of the arch on the static and dynamic properties and the stability of the structure.It is shown that the stresses at the characteristic locations of the beams and the arch are not over 100 MPa,and the stresses in the suspenders do not exceed 450 MPa,and dead loads are the most critical design loads,followed by crowd loads,seismic and crosswind loads.Both the beams and the arch must be precambered,and the pre-cambers can not be reduced by adjusting the tensions of suspenders,which pose challenges to the construction.It is suggested to reduce the spacing between the tie beam and the main beam or increase the inclination angles of the arch accordingly,so as to control the pre-cambers and deflections of the beams.The adjustment of the mentioned parameters would exert minor influence on the static and dynamic properties and the stability of the bridge.
