摘要
产业集群是发展新质生产力的重要载体,也是推动乡村振兴与农业农村高质量发展的关键引擎。该研究在系统梳理和田玫瑰产业集群发展现状及基础优势的基础上,探究新质生产力视域下和田玫瑰产业集群发展存在的问题,包括种植管理技术落后,生产力较低;精深加工及主体培育滞后,高端技术储备不足;品牌培育意识淡薄,市场影响力较低;产业顶层设计缺乏,一二三产业协同发展不足。对此,在加快发展新质生产力背景下提出和田玫瑰产业集群发展路径,包括加强顶层设计,夯实玫瑰产业集群发展基础;强化主体培育,建设玫瑰产业集群标准化种植基地;聚力精深加工发展,推进玫瑰产业集群与文旅深度融合;构建科技-人才支撑体系,提升玫瑰产业集群创新能力。
Industrial clusters are important carriers for developing new-quality productive forces and key engines for promoting rural revitalization and high-quality development in agriculture and rural areas.On the basis of systematically sorting out the current development situation and basic advantages of the rose industry cluster in Hotan area,this study explored the problems existing in the development of the rose industry cluster in Hotan area from the perspective of new-quality productive forces,backward planting management techniques and low productivity;lagging in deep processing and main body cultivation,and insufficient high-end technology reserves;weak brand cultivation awareness and low market influence;lack of industrial top-level design and insufficient collaborative development of the primary,secondary,and tertiary industries.In response,under the background of accelerating the development of new-quality productive forces,a development path for the rose industry cluster in Hotan area was proposed,strengthen top-level design and consolidate the foundation for the development of the rose industrial cluster;enhance main body cultivation and build standardized planting bases for the rose industrial cluster;focused on the development of deep processing and promote the in-depth integration of the rose industrial cluster with cultural tourism;construct a science and technology-talent support system to enhance the innovation capability of the rose industrial cluster.
