摘要
目的探讨沙库巴曲缬沙坦联合达格列净治疗高龄慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者的疗效及对血清肌酐(Cr)、尿酸(UA)、脑钠肽(BNP)的影响。方法选取2021年1月至2024年1月辽宁省金秋医院收治的高龄CHF患者96例为研究对象,根据治疗方法不同分为对照组(n=48,采用沙库巴曲缬沙坦治疗)与联合组(n=48,采用沙库巴曲缬沙坦联合达格列净治疗)。比较两组治疗有效率,心功能指标以及血清Cr、UA、BNP水平。结果联合组治疗有效率(93.75%)较对照组(79.17%)高(P<0.05)。治疗后,联合组左心室射血分数(LVEF)、每搏输出量(SV)水平均高于对照组,血清Cr、UA、BNP水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论沙库巴曲缬沙坦联合达格列净治疗高龄CHF能提高临床疗效,改善患者心功能,且可有效调节血清Cr、UA、BNP水平。
Objective To explore the efficacy of sarvalvalsartan combined with dagliprazin in the treatment of elderly patients with chronic heart failure(CHF)and the effects on serum creatinine(Cr),uric acid(UA)and brain natriuretic peptide(BNP).Methods Ninety-six elderly CHF patients admitted to Jinautumn Hospital of Liaoning Province from January 2021 to January 2024 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group(n=48,treated with sarvalvalsartan)and combination group(n=48,treated with sarvalvalsartan combined with daglizin)according to different treatment methods.The effective rate,cardiac function index and serum levels of Cr,UA and BNP were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of the combined group(93.75%)was higher than that of the control group(79.17%)(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)and stroke output(SV)in combination group were higher than those in control group,and the serum levels of Cr,UA and BNP were lower than those in control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Sarvalvalsartan combined with dagliprazin in the treatment of elderly CHF can improve clinical efficacy,improve cardiac function,and effectively regulate serum Cr,UA,BNP levels.
