摘要
随着“互联网+”时代的发展,医院教学管理工作中传统方法的弊端日益凸显,“互联网+教育”已成为当前各大高校及附属医院进行信息化改革发展的必然趋势。甘肃省中医院以“互联网+”时代、医教协同发展为背景,面对医院临床教学现状及存在的诸多问题,通过搭建医院“互联网+”教学管理平台,对医院教学管理及临床实践教学方法进行改革,实现了医院教学管理的科学化、人性化、智能化,进一步提升了医院教学质量,本文对此作一阐述,并对“互联网+”时代下医院教学管理工作进行思考与探讨。
With the development of the"Internet+"era,the drawbacks of traditional methods in hospital teaching management are increasingly prominent."Internet+education"has become an inevitable trend of informatization reform and development in universities and affiliated hospitals.Based on the background of the"Internet+"era and the further development of collaboration of medicine and education,facing the current situation and many problems of clinical teaching in hospitals,Gansu Provincial Hospital of TCM has reformed the teaching management and clinical practice teaching methods of hospitals by building the"Internet+"teaching management platform in hospitals,realized the scientific,humanized and intelligent teaching management of hospitals,and further improved the teaching quality of hospitals.This article describes this,and thinks and discusses the teaching management of hospitals in the"Internet+"era.
