摘要
目的探讨基于互联网平台的微格教学法在肝癌介入治疗护理带教中的应用效果。方法将2021年1月—2022年6月在南昌大学第一附属医院肝病科见习的40名护理实习生纳入对照组,另选2022年7月—2023年12月在南昌大学第一附属医院肝病科见习的40名护理实习生纳入观察组。对照组实施常规教学,观察组在对照组基础上进行基于互联网平台的微格教学法教学。观察两组护理实习生理论与实践成绩、思维能力、学习主动性及教学满意度。结果教学后,除仪容仪表成绩外,观察组护理实习生的4项理论成绩以及4项实践成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);教学后,观察组护理实习生评判性思维能力量表-中文版(CTDI-CV)各项评分、学习主动性量表(ALS)各项评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在教学满意度调查中,除带教素质外,观察组护理实习生实习环境、实习管理、教学内容、实习效果评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于互联网平台的微格教学法教学优势显著,能够有效提高肝癌介入治疗护理实习生的理论与实践学习成绩,促进护理实习生批判性思维的养成,提高学习主动性,护理实习生的教学满意度较高,在肝癌介入治疗的教学和培训中可发挥重要作用。随着互联网技术的不断发展和该教学法的不断普及,可为医学教育和其他领域的教育带来更多的发展机遇。
Objective To explore the application effect of microgrid teaching method based on internet platform in nursing teaching of hepatocellular carcinoma interventional therapy.Methods Forty interns nursing trainees in the Department of Liver Diseases of the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from January 2021 to June 2022 were included in the control group,and another 40 nursing trainees in the Department of Liver Diseases of the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from July 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the observation group.The control group implemented conventional teaching,and the observation group was taught by the microgrid teaching method based on the Internet platform on the basis of the control group.To observe the theoretical and practical achievements,thinking ability,learning initiative and teaching satisfaction of nursing interns in the two groups.Results After teaching,except for personal performance and manners,the four theoretical scores and four practical scores of nursing interns in the observation group were higher than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After teaching,the scores of Critical Thinking Ability Inventory-Chinese Version(CTDI-CV)and the scores of Altive Learning Scale(ALS)in the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In the survey of teaching satisfaction,except for the quality of teaching,the scores of nursing interns'internship environment,internship management,teaching content,and internship effect in the observation group were higher than those in the control group.Conclusion The teaching advantages of the microgrid teaching method based on the Internet platform are significant,which can effectively improve the theoretical and practical learning performance of nursing interns in hepatocellular carcinoma interventional therapy,promote the formation of critical thinking of nursing interns,and improve the learning initiative,and the nursing interns'teaching satisfaction is higher,which shown an important effect in the teaching and training of hepatocellular carcinoma interventional therapy.With the continuous development of Internet technology and the increasing popularity of this teaching method,it can bring more development opportunities for medical education and otherfields of education.
