摘要
空穴传输层作为钙钛矿太阳能电池的重要组成部分,对电池光电转换效率及稳定性起到重要作用,因此成为钙钛矿太阳能电池研发领域的重要分支领域。本文从钙钛矿太阳能电池空穴传输层基本原理出发,通过分析该领域典型技术方案归纳研究热点,梳理了专利层面钙钛矿太阳能电池空穴传输层的结构、材料、掺杂等技术分支的技术演进,为未来的技术研发和专利保护工作提供参考。
The hole transport layer,as an essential component of perovskite solar cells,plays a significant role in the photovoltaic conversion efficiency and stability of the cells,thus becoming an important subfield in the research and development of perovskite solar cells.Starting from the basic principles of the hole transport layer in perovskite solar cells,this paper analyzes typical technical schemes in the field to summarize research hotspots and clarifies the technological evolution of structural,material,and doping aspects of the hole transport layer in perovskite solar cells at the patent level.This analysis aims to provide references for future technology development and patent protection work.
