矩形钢管混凝土柱节点处隔板设计与分析

摘要 简要介绍了现行规范中矩形钢管混凝土柱的梁柱节点处隔板厚度的相关规定,根据《矩形钢管混凝土节点技术规程》(T/CECS 506—2018)中关于隔板厚度的相关计算原则,采用MIDAS/Gen软件对隔板贯通节点进行有限元分析,在不考虑钢柱内混凝土的条件下,对不同厚度、不同开洞形式以及不同受力位置下的隔板应力进行了计算分析,归纳总结了不同状态下隔板内应力的分布状态。基于隔板内应力分布不均匀的前提下,提出了实际工程应用时小矩形截面钢管混凝土柱内隔板的建议厚度;通过对比分析给出了钢结构住宅中矩形钢管混凝土柱与钢梁的布置原则,指出了现行规范中关于隔板开洞削弱后构造规定不足的情况,建议未来在考虑钢柱内部混凝土对隔板承载力提高等方面进行研究,进一步完善规范中相关的计算及构造规定。 The relevant provisions of the thickness of the diaphragm at the beam-column joint of rectangular concrete-filled steel tubular column in the current code were briefly introduced.According to the relevant calculation principles of the thickness of the diaphragm in the Technical specification for joint in rectangular concrete-filled steel tubular structures(T/CECS 506—2018),the finite element analysis of the diaphragm-through joint was carried out by using MIDAS/Gen software.Without considering the concrete in the steel column,the stress of the diaphragm under different thickness,different opening forms and different stress positions was calculated and analyzed.The distribution of stress of the diaphragm under different conditions was summarized.Based on the premise of uneven distribution of stress in the diaphragm,the recommended thickness of the inner diaphragm of the small rectangular section concrete-filled steel tubular column in practical engineering application was proposed.Through comparative analysis,the layout principles of rectangular concrete-filled steel tubular columns and steel beams in steel structure residential buildings were given.It is pointed out that the current code is insufficient in the structural provisions after the opening of the diaphragm is weakened.It is suggested that in the future,the research on the improvement of the bearing capacity of the diaphragm by considering the internal concrete of the steel column should be carried out to further improve the relevant calculation and structural provisions in the code.
