摘要
以某线路板企业而产生的络合铜废水为研究对象,采用草酸作为沉淀剂,考察草酸用量和反应时间对生成草酸铜沉淀的影响,同时研究了草酸铜沉淀在酸性和碱性条件下的转化和溶解性。结果表明,草酸用量和铜离子的物质的量比为1∶1,反应时间为60 min时,草酸铜沉淀的生成率最佳,达到98.93%。同时草酸铜的纯度达到99.06%。草酸铜在酸性条件下溶解性较差,在碱性条件下草酸铜转化为氢氧化铜和草酸钠,氢氧化铜被酸溶解而富集回收铜离子,草酸钠回用继续生成草酸铜,增强了工艺流程的循环经济性。
This study focuses on the treatment of complexed copper wastewater generated by a circuit board company,using oxalic acid as a precipitant.The effects of oxalic acid dosage and reaction time on the formation of copper oxalate precipitate were investigated,along with the transformation and solubility of copper oxalate under acidic and alkaline conditions.Results indicate that with a molar ratio of oxalic acid to copper ions at 1∶1 and a reaction time of 60 minutes,the copper oxalate precipitation rate is optimal,reaching 98.93%,with a purity of 99.06%.Copper oxalate shows poor solubility in acidic conditions but transforms into copper hydroxide and sodium oxalate in alkaline conditions.Copper hydroxide can be dissolved in acid to recover copper ions,while sodium oxalate is reused to form copper oxalate,enhancing the circular economy of the process.
