设计参数对等变位变双曲圆弧齿线圆柱齿轮弯曲应力的影响分析

Analysis of the Influence of Design Parameters on Bending Stress of Cylindrical Gear With Hyperbolic Circular Arc Tooth Line

摘要 针对变双曲圆弧齿线圆柱齿轮尚未研究其变位后齿根弯曲应力变化规律,以变位变双曲圆弧齿线圆柱齿轮为研究对象,推导获得了变位变双曲圆弧齿线圆柱齿轮齿面方程,基于所获得的齿面数学模型,通过有限元法计算获得了变位系数对齿根弯曲应力的影响规律,并在此基础上研究分析了刀盘半径、模数、齿宽、刀尖圆角半径等设计参数对齿根弯曲应力的影响。结果表明:当变位系数取值在-0.2~0.2时,主、从动轮齿根弯曲应力均随着变位系数的增加而明显下降,且主动轮下降趋势更明显;模数对齿根弯曲应力影响显著,模数越大齿根弯曲应力越小,且随着模数增大,齿根弯曲应力随变位系数增加其下降趋势变大;齿根弯曲应力随着齿宽、刀尖圆角半径变化规律相似,表现为随着齿宽和刀尖圆角半径的增大齿根弯曲应力均呈现先减小后逐渐平稳的趋势;而当齿宽保持不变时,随着刀盘半径的增大,齿根弯曲应力逐渐减小。其分析结果将为后续变位变双曲圆弧齿线圆柱齿轮参数优化选择等方面的研究提供基础。 The tooth surface equation of a hyperbolic circular arc tooth line cylindrical gear with variable displacement has been derived by taking the hyperbolic circular arc tooth line cylindrical gear with variable displacement as the research object.Based on the obtained mathematical model of the tooth surface,the influence of the displacement coefficient on the tooth root bending stress is calculated by the finite element method.On this basis,the influence of design parameters such as cutter head radius,modulus,tooth width and cutter tip fillet radius on tooth root bending stress is studied and analyzed.The results show that when the displacement coefficient is-0.2~0.2,the root bending stress of the driving wheel and the driven wheel decreases obviously with the increase of displacement coefficient.The greater the modulus is,the smaller the root bending stress is.The bending stress at the root of the tooth decreases first and then becomes stable with the increase of tooth width and tool tip fillet radius.When the tooth width remains unchanged,the bending stress of the tooth root decreases with the increase of the cutter radius.The analysis results will provide a basis for further research on parameter optimization and selection of hyperbolic circular arc gear with variable displacement.
