摘要
随着患者自我意识的提升及医学知识获取渠道的拓展,患者参与到治疗决策中的意愿也日益强烈,但目前临床实践中患者的参与度仍然较低,未充分考虑患者情感偏好与价值观在决策过程中关键作用。患者决策辅助工具(patient decision aids,PtDAs)可帮助患者了解疾病相关知识,澄清个人价值观与偏好,降低决策冲突,提高决策满意度。现就脑卒中PtDAs的概念、内容、形式及现存的问题进行综述分析,以期为我国开展相关研究,提高脑卒中患者治疗决策质量提供参考。
With the enhancement of patient self-awareness and the expansion of channels for obtaining evidence-based medical knowledge,the desire of patients to participate in treatment decision-making has also become increasingly strong.However,the current level of patient involvement in clinical practice remains low,and the critical role of patients'emotional preferences and values in the decision-making process is not fully considered.Patient decision aids(PtDAs)can assist patients in understanding disease-related knowledge,clarifying personal values and preferences,reducing decisional conflict,and enhancing decisional satisfaction.This review analyzed the concept,content,form,and existing problems of PtDAs for stroke patients,aiming to provide a reference for the development of related research and the improvement of treatment decision-making quality for stroke patients in our country.
