摘要
全球经济持续发展和技术迅速变革的当下,产教融合成为高等教育改革的重要方向,旨在缩小教育与产业之间的距离,培养更符合市场需求的人才。然而,这一过程并非毫无挑战,高校教学管理在适应变化过程中遇到多重难题。而聚焦于产教融合背景,探讨高校教学管理面临的挑战,并基于此提出通过改革教学内容体系、深化校企合作模式和加强师资队伍建设与培训,以实现教育内容与产业需求的有效对接,更好地适应产业发展需求,可促进学生全面成长。
With the continuous development of the global economy and rapid technological changes,the integration of industry and education has become an important direction for higher education reform,aiming to narrow the distance between education and industry and cultivate talents that better meet market demand.However,this process is not without challenges,as university teaching management faces multiple challenges in adapting to changes.Focusing on the background of the integration of industry and education,this paper explores the challenges faced by teaching management in universities,and proposes to reform the teaching content system,deepen the cooperation model between schools and enterprises,and strengthen the construction and training of teaching staff,in order to achieve effective integration between educational content and industry needs,better adapt to industry development needs,and promote the comprehensive growth of students.
