摘要
目的:探究强化疼痛护理在混合痔患者围术期护理中的效果及对患者睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2021年1月至2023年12月,本院收治的72例混合痔手术患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各36例。对照组围手术期采取常规护理干预,观察组围手术期采用强化疼痛护理干预。比较2组术后疼痛程度、睡眠质量、心理状态及患者满意度等。结果:观察组术后24 h、3 d和7 d的疼痛评分均低于对照组(P<0.05),睡眠质量各项评分均低于对照组(P<0.05),焦虑和抑郁评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);患者满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:强化疼痛护理在混合痔患者围术期护理中应用效果显著,可有效减轻患者疼痛程度,改善其睡眠质量及心理状态,提升患者满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of intensive pain care in the perioperative nursing of patients with mixed hemorrhoids and its impact on the sleep quality of patients. Methods A total of 72 patients with mixed hemorrhoid operation admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 36 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing intervention during the perioperative period, while the observation group was given intensive pain care intervention during the perioperative period. The postoperative pain degree, sleep quality, psychological state, and patient satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results At the 24th hour, 3rd day and 7th day after the operation, the pain scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). The sleep quality scores and the anxiety and depression scores were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05), and the patient satisfaction was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of intensive pain nursing in perioperative nursing of patients with mixed hemorrhoids is remarkable, which can effectively reduce the pain degree of patients, improve their sleep quality and psychological state, and enhance their satisfaction.
