摘要
随着制药行业的不断发展,制药设备的安全管理显得尤为重要。文中提出了一种基于物联网技术的制药设备安全管理方法,旨在提升制药设备的运行效率与安全性。首先,通过在设备中嵌入传感器,并利用RFID标签方法实现对设备的实时监测和数据采集。其次,基于边缘计算技术构建制药设备故障预测模型,对采集的设备数据进行实时分析,以预测设备可能出现的故障。然后,将处理后的数据上传到云平台进行存储和综合评估,提高设备的维护效率和使用寿命。最后,通过实际应用案例验证了该方法的有效性,为制药行业的设备安全管理提供了新的思路。
With the continuous development of the pharmaceutical industry,the safety management of pharmaceutical equipment is particularly important.This paper proposes a method of pharmaceutical equipment safety management based on Internet of Things technology,which aims to improve the operation efficiency and safety of pharmaceutical equipment.First,by embedding sensors in the device,and using RFID tags to implement real-time monitoring and data collection of the device.Secondly,a pharmaceutical equipment failure prediction model is constructed based on edge computing technology,and the collected equipment data is analyzed in real time to predict the possible failure of the device.Then,the processed data is uploaded to the cloud platform for storage and comprehensive evaluation to improve the maintenance efficiency and service life of the equipment.Finally,the effectiveness of the method is verified by practical application cases,providing a new idea for equipment safety management in the pharmaceutical industry.
