本文分析了农产品中常见的农药残留类型,阐述了农药残留对人体健康和生态环境的危害,强调了农药残留检测的重要性。同时重点介绍了气相色谱法、液相色谱法、质谱法和酶联免疫法这4种主要检测技术的基本原理、技术特点、应用方法及注意事项。通过对各种检测技术的系统分析,为农产品农药残留检测工作提供理论参考和技术指导,以期为保障农产品质量安全提供科学依据。
This article analyzes the common types of pesticide residues in agricultural products,and elaborates on the harm of pesticide residues to human health and the ecological environment,emphasizing the importance of pesticide residue detection.The basic principles,technical characteristics,application methods,and precautions of four main detection techniques,including gas chromatography,liquid chromatography,mass spectrometry,and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,were emphasized.Through systematic analysis of various detection techniques,theoretical references and technical guidance have been provided for the detection of pesticide residues in agricultural products,in order to provide scientific basis for ensuring the quality and safety of agricultural products.
