摘要
目的研究数字化导板下口腔种植修复术对牙列缺失患者牙周健康指数及修复美学的应用效果。方法回顾性选取2021年3月至2023年3月濮阳市惠民医院接受牙种植修复术的85例牙列缺失患者作为研究对象,根据入选对象已接受的牙种植修复术类型进行分组,将行数字化导板下口腔种植修复术的43例患者归为观察组,将行牙种植修复术的42例患者归为对照组。对比两组患者手术种植精准度(颈部偏差、根尖部偏差、深度偏差、角度偏差)、术前及术后6个月牙周健康指数[菌斑指数(PLI)、牙龈指数(GI)、龈沟出血指数(BI)]、修复美学[红色-白色美学标准(PES-WES)评分]及并发症发生率。结果观察组患者颈部偏差、根尖部偏差、深度偏差、角度偏差均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后,观察组PLI、GI、BI得分及并发症发生率均低于对照组,PES-WES评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论数字化导板下口腔种植修复术有利于提高牙列缺失患者牙种植精度,减少牙菌斑,减轻牙龈出血、炎症,增强修复美学效果,且安全性更高。
Objective To study the effect of oral implant restoration under digital guide on periodontal health index and restoration aesthetics in patients with missing teeth.Methods Eighty-five patients with missing teeth who underwent dental implant prosthetics from March 2021 to March 2023 were retrospectively selected as the study subjects,and they were grouped according to the type of dental implant prosthetics they underwent,with 43 patients who underwent oral implant prosthetics under digitalized guiding plate being categorized as the observation group,and 42 patients who underwent dental implant prosthetics being categorized as the control group.The surgical implant precision(cervical deviation,apical deviation,depth deviation,angular deviation),periodontal health index[plaque index(PLI),gingival index(GI),bleeding index(BI)],restoration aesthetics[red-white aesthetic standard(PES-WES)scores],and the rate of complications were compared in the patients of the two groups.Results The cervical deviation,apical deviation,depth deviation,and angular deviation of patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were fistatistically significant(P<0.05).Postoperatively,the PLI,GI,BI scores and complication rates of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the PES-WES scores were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Oral implant prosthetics under digital guides is conducive to improving the precision of dental flimplantation in patients with missing teeth,reducing plaque,alleviating gingival bleeding and inflammation,enhancing the aesthetic effect of the restoration,and is safer.
