摘要
随着我国海上航空的大力发展,对可磨耗封严涂层提出了很高的适海性要求。现役的封严涂层大多缺乏防腐蚀方面的考虑,存在较大的海洋环境腐蚀隐患。因此本文对常用的封严涂层体系的耐腐蚀性能进行综述,介绍了封严涂层腐蚀性能评价方法,并展望了未来航空发动机用耐腐蚀封严涂层的发展方向。
With the development of maritime aviation,high seaworthiness requirements have been put forward for abradable seal coatings.Most of the active abradable seal coatings lack the consideration of anti-corrosion,and there is a great hidden danger of corrosion in the marine environment.Therefore,this paper reviewed the corrosion resistance of commonly used abradable seal coatings,introduced the evaluation methods of corrosion resistance of abradable seal coatings,and looked forward to the development direction of corrosion-resistant sealing coatings for aero-engines in the future.
