黄嘌呤氧化还原酶与代谢性疾病关系研究进展

摘要 黄嘌呤氧化还原酶(XOR)作为催化嘌呤代谢最终步骤的限速酶,在多种代谢性疾病的发病机制中扮演着复杂的角色。近年来,XOR活性与代谢综合征、心血管疾病、非酒精性脂肪性肝病等代谢性疾病的关联受到了广泛关注。文章旨在总结XOR在代谢性疾病中的最新研究进展,探讨其相关的发病机制,以及XOR抑制剂在疾病治疗中的潜在应用。 Objective Xanthine oxidoreductase(XOR),as a rate-limiting enzyme that catalyzes the final step of purine metabolism,plays a complex and multifaceted role in the pathogenesis of a variety of metabolic diseases.In recent years,the association of XOR activity with metabolic syndrome,cardiovascular disease,nonalcoholic fatty liver disease and other metabolic diseases has received extensive attention.This review aims to summarize the latest research progress of XOR in metabolic diseases,explore its related pathogenesis,and explore the potential application of XOR inhibitors in disease treatment.
