摘要
目的:探讨不同清洗流程对达芬奇机器人手术器械清洗质量的影响。方法:对本院消毒供应室2023年1月~2023年7月清洗消毒的达芬奇机器人机械臂(包括:持针钳、Marylang钳、电钩、单极弯剪、双极镊、cadier镊)清洗质量展开分析,共500件。按照清洗流程分成两组,各250件。其中对照组:预清洗–灌注浸泡–刷洗冲洗–超声–漂洗–干燥;试验组:预清洗–灌注浸泡–刷洗–脉冲式冲洗–喷洗–检查(放大镜)–超声–漂洗–干燥。比较两组器械的清洗合格率(两种)、功能完好率、手术室满意率。结果:试验组目测检测法清洗合格率99.60%(249/250),对照组目测检测法清洗合格率96.00%(240/250),试验组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组光源放大镜检测法清洗合格率97.60%(244/250),对照组光源放大镜检测法清洗合格率92.00%(230/250),试验组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组清洗后功能完好率99.60%(249/250),对照组清洗后功能完好率100.00%(250/250),两组对比无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组器械清洗发放后手术室满意度99.20%(248/250),对照组器械清洗发放后手术室满意度94.40%(236/250),试验组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在常规清洗流程中应用刷洗–脉冲式冲洗–喷洗–检查(放大镜)流程可极大提升达芬奇机器人机械臂器械的清洗质量,减少细菌附着,满足手术室对器械使用的需要。
Objective:To explore the impact of different cleaning processes on the cleaning quality of Da Vinci robot surgical instruments.Methods:An analysis was conducted on the cleaning quality of 500 Da Vinci robot robotic arms(including needle holding forceps,Maryland forceps,electric hooks,unipolar bending scissors,bipolar forceps,and cadier forceps)cleaned and disinfected in the disinfection supply room of our hospital from January 2023 to July 2023.Divide into two groups according to the cleaning process,each with 250 pieces.Control group:pre cleaning-infusion soaking-brushing and rinsing-ultrasound-rinsing-drying;Test group:Pre cleaning-infusion soaking-brushing-pulse washing-spray washing-examination(magnifying glass)-ultrasound-rinsing-drying.Compare the cleaning qualification rate(two types),functional integrity rate,and operating room satisfaction rate of two sets of instruments.Results:The qualified rate of visual inspection method cleaning in test group was 99.60%(249/250),while the qualified rate of visual inspection method cleaning in control group was 96.00%(240/250).Test group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).The qualified rate of cleaning with the light source magnifying glass detection method in test group was 97.60%(244/250),while the qualified rate of cleaning with the light source magnifying glass detection method in control group was 92.00%(230/250).Test group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).The functional integrity rate after cleaning in test group was 99.60%(249/250),while the functional integrity rate after cleaning in control group was 100.00%(250/250).The two groups were compared(P>0.05).After the cleaning and distribution of instruments in test group,the satisfaction rate in the operating room was 99.20%(248/250),while in control group,the satisfaction rate in the operating room was 94.40%(236/250).Test group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of the brushing pulse flushing spray washing inspection(magnifying glass)process in the conventional cleaning process can greatly improve the cleaning quality of Da Vinci robot robotic arm instruments,reduce bacterial adhesion,and meet the needs of operating rooms for instrument use.
