摘要
研究采集了青藏高原中部7个地区不同盐度梯度的水体(河水、咸水湖、盐泉、盐湖卤水和晶间卤水)作为研究对象,对各类氨基酸含量以及常量离子进行了系统分析。首先通过高效液相色谱法对不同盐度水体中的氨基酸进行研究,发现各水体氨基酸总量在10.10~125.00mg/L范围内波动,其中碱性氨基酸和中性氨基酸占绝对优势,酸性氨基酸相对较少。豆错湖、九四道班盐湖、沱沱河、多伦多盐泉以及尕羊盐泉主要表现为碱性氨基酸>中性氨基酸>酸性氨基酸,而别勒滩和涩聂湖只有中性氨基酸。根据酸性氨基酸与中性氨基酸比值,我们推测豆错湖现代沉积环境应属于碱性环境,而九四道班湖现代沉积环境应属于酸性环境,两个湖泊中天门冬氨酸/甘氨酸(Asp/Gly)比值分别为0.70、0.67,说明湖泊中的碳源主要是硅质碳源。最后利用Pearson相关系数对各水体中的氨基酸总量和水化学含量进行了相关性检验,结果证实氨基酸总量与Cl-和矿化度之间呈现显著正相关关系,而且湖泊中氨基酸与矿化度具有相互促进作用。
This study collected samples from seven different salinity gradient bodies of water(river water,saline lakes,salt springs,salt lake brine,and intercrystalline brine)in the central part of the Qinghai-Xizang Plateau.The amino acid content and constant ions were systematically analyzed.Firstly,the amino acids in different salinity waters were studied by high-performance liquid chromatography.It was found that the total amount of amino acids in each water body fluctuated between 10.10~125.00 mg/L.Alkaline amino acids and neutral amino acids were dominant,while acidic amino acids were relatively less.Doucuo Lake,Jiusidaoban Salt Lake,Tuotuo River,Toronto Salt Spring,and Gayang Salt Spring mainly showed the pattern of alkaline amino acids>neutral amino acids>acidic amino acids,while Beletan and Senie Lake only had neutral amino acids.Based on the ratio of acidic amino acids to neutral amino acids,we speculate that the modern sedimentary environment of Doucuo Lake should belong to an alkaline environment,while the modern sedimentary environment of Jiusidaoban Lake should belong to an acidic environment.The Asp/Gly ratios in the two lakes are 0.70 and 0.67,respectively,indicating that the carbon source in the lakes is mainly siliceous carbon source.Finally,the Pearson correlation coefficient was used to test the correlation between the total amount of amino acids and the water chemistry parameters in each water body.The results confirmed that the total amount of amino acids is significantly positively correlated with Cl-and total dissolved solids,and the amino acids and salinity in lakes have a mutually promoting effect.
