摘要
城际关系对城市发展有重要影响,双子城市间竞合并存的“瑜亮”关系最为特殊。基于全国8对典型双子城市和14对非双子对照城市的面板数据进行实证分析。研究发现:双子城市关系下城际合作通过优势共享增加外部发展资源、城际竞争通过赛势争先激发内在发展动力,竞合都能显著提高彼此的发展水平。双子城市“强强”“近距”双重特征叠加有助于释放竞合的经济促进效应,其特殊优势背后也蕴含着城际竞合的普遍规律,揭示出中心城市“远交(合作)近攻(竞争)”的空间博弈特征。在新阶段,应妥善协调双子城市关系充分释放其独特动力,逐步优化单核省份空间经济格局,积极引导各中心城市形成良性城际竞合关系。
Intercity relationships play a crucial role in cities' development,with the coexistence of cooperation and competition between twin-cities being particularly distinctive.This study uses panel-data of 8 pairs of twin-cities and 14 pairs of control group cities in China to empirically analyze that,it reveals that twin-cities' sharing of development resources through cooperation,and the stimulation of internal motivation through competition,both of those significantly enhance the economic performance of them.The combination of “strong-strong” and “short distance” partnerships of twin-cities leads to better developmental effects of cooperation and competition.The special partnerships of twin-cities also contain general laws of intercity cooperation and competition,revealing spatial characteristics of intercity game like “cooperate with the distant cities and compete with the nearby ones”.In the new phase,it should coordinate the relationships between twin-cities to fully release their distinctive development momentum,gradually optimize the spatial economic structure in single-core provinces,and promote positive intercity competition and cooperation among cities.
