摘要
目的探究故事理论导向护理对急性胆囊炎患者术后睡眠及心理情绪的影响。方法选取宿迁市泗阳史集医院2020年1月至2024年1月收治的108例急性胆囊炎患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法设置为两组各54例,对照组采取常规护理,观察组应用故事理论导向护理。对比两组患者护理前后睡眠质量、心理情绪变化及自护能力表现。结果观察组患者的睡眠质量、入睡时间、睡眠障碍、睡眠效率、睡眠时间、日间功能障碍、催眠药物睡眠质量指标评分,焦虑、抑郁情绪评分均低于对照组,自我护理技能、自护责任感、自我概念、健康知识水平等自护能力评分高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论针对急性胆囊炎患者采取故事理论导向护理,可有效改善患者的睡眠质量,降低不良心理情绪,提高自护能力,利于预后。
Objective To explore the influence of story theory-oriented nursing on postoperative sleep and psychological mood in patients with acute cholecystitis.Methods A total of 108 patients with acute cholecystitis admitted to Siyang Shiji Hospital in Suqian city from January 2020 to January 2024 were selected as the research subjects,54 cases each of the two groups were set according to the random number table method,the control group took routine nursing,and the observation group applied story theory-oriented nursing.Sleep quality,psychological and emotional changes and self-care ability before and after nursing were compared.Results In the observation group,the patients’scores of sleep quality,time to sleep,sleep disorders,sleep efficiency,sleep duration,daytime dysfunction,hypnotic medication sleep quality index scores,anxiety and depression scores were lower than those of the control group,and the scores of self-care ability,such as self-care skills,sense of self-care responsibility,self-concept,and level of health knowledge,were higher than those of the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions Taking story theory-guided nursing for patients with acute cholecystitis can effectively improve the sleep quality of patients,reduce bad psychological mood,improve self-care ability,which is conducive to the prognosis.
