基于状态机实现NC-Link协议各层交互的方法

摘要 随着智能制造新一代工业体系的发展,对工业系统之间数据互联互通的实时性和精确性要求越来越高。相比OPC UA、MTConnect通信协议,NC-Link协议具备稳定的机床模型且支持毫秒级数据采样,但数控设备NC-Link的通信协议仍存在的采集效率低下、结构不完善、格式不统一的问题。针对此,对NC-Link协议中各层交互的方法展开研究,引入有限状态转移机制,结合设备结构树模型,提出一种基于状态机实现NC-Link协议中各层交互的方法。为了验证所提交互方法的有效性,采用压力、流量传感器模拟机床数据搭建实验环境。结果表明:该方法可以有效实现NC-Link协议中数据上行和下行交互过程。 With the development of the new generation of intelligent manufacturing industrial systems,the requirements for real-time and accurate data interconnection between industrial systems become higher and higher.Compared to the OPC UA,MTConnect communication protocols,the NC-Link protocol has a stable machine tool model and supports millisecond level data sampling.However,the communication protocol of NC-Link still has the problems of low acquisition efficiency,imperfect structure and inconsistent format.In view of this,the research on the method of each layer interaction in the NC-Link protocol was conducted,a finite state transition mechanism was introduced,and combining with a device structure tree model,a method was proposed based on state machines to achieve each layer interaction in the NC-Link protocol.In order to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method,the pressure and flow sensors were used to simulate machine tool data and an experimental environment was set up.The experimental results show that the proposed method can effectively implement the process of data uplink and downlink interaction process in NC-Link protocol.
