摘要
韧性是警察重要的心理品质,警察职业韧性是警察职业核心素养,是树立警察职业价值观和培养警察综合能力的心理基础,以心理健康教育为平台,依照不同阶段的发展特点和任务,分阶段实施韧性培养。大学初期,提高警察职业韧性的认识;大学中期,转识成智,体验警察职业韧性的实质;毕业阶段,积智为能,提升警察职业韧性的主动适应。警察职业韧性的实现本着动态式、链条式发展的基本理念,遵循认知的规律,调动学警身体感官和功能,通过启发、引导、体验、内省等各种方法,整合军事训练和实习见习中的心理健康教育、心理健康教育课程等将韧性培育融入学警培养目标体系中。
The attribute of resilience is a pivotal psychological trait for police officers.The professional resilience of police officers is a core quality required by the police profession,forming the psychological basis for the establishment of police officers'professional values and the cultivation of their comprehensive competencies.To nurture students'resilience,police universities and colleges must take psychological health education as a platform and conduct tailored training in alignment with students'characteristics and tasks at different stages.When students are in the lower grades,the focus should be placed on deepening their understanding of the resilience essential to the police profession.In the intermediate phase of their higher education,students should be encouraged to internalize their acquired knowledge,gaining a profound appreciation of the essence of police officers'professional resilience.As they approach graduation,emphasis should be placed on transforming their accumulated wisdom into practical abilities,equipping them with the capability to actively adjust to the resilience required in police work.The cultivation of police officers'professional resilience should be based on the principle of dynamic and chain-like development,adhere to the laws of cognition,and mobilize the physical senses and functions of students in police universities and colleges.At the same time,multiple approaches such as inspiration,guidance,experience,and introspection should be employed to integrate physical health education in military training and field internships,incorporating resilience cultivation into the training objectives for these students.
