新工科背景下“食品化学”课程思政教学改革探索

摘要 新工科背景下,课程思政是落实立德树人根本任务的重要举措。“食品化学”作为一门专业核心课程,在食品专业人才培养中具有举足轻重的作用。阐述“食品化学”课程思政的重要性,重点探讨“食品化学”课程思政的改革途径。研究发现,通过明确课程思政建设目标、深入挖掘课程思政资源、创新课程思政融入模式、科学建立课程考评机制以及加强课程思政学习,可以有效融合理论教学与思政教育,助力培养德才兼备的新时代食品专业人才。该课程思政改革取得积极的成效,以期为其他专业课程的思政建设提供一定的经验和参考。 Under the background of new engineering,curriculum ideological and political education is an important way to implement the fundamental task of moral education.As a professional core course,“Food Chemistry”plays an important role in the training of food professionals.Expound the importance of ideological and political education in the course of“Food Chemistry”,and focus on the reform approaches of ideological and political education in the course of“Food Chemistry”.The study found that by clarifying the goal of curriculum ideological and political construction,deeply excavating curriculum ideological and political resources,innovating curriculum ideological and political integration mode,scientifically establishing curriculum evaluation mechanism and strengthening curriculum ideological and political learning,theoretical teaching and ideological and political education can be effectively integrated to help cultivate food professionals in the new era with both ability and political integrity.The ideological and political reform of this course has achieved positive results,in order to provide some experience and reference for the ideological and political construction of other professional courses.
