摘要
为解决聚氨酯(PU)胶膜力学强度与自修复难以调和的问题,以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、丁二酮肟(DMG)、生物基聚碳酸酯二元醇(PCDL)、1,4-环己烷二甲醇(CHDM)、ZnCl_(2)等材料合成一系列自修复醇溶性聚氨酯(PU-DMG/Zn^(2+))树脂。利用红外光谱(FTIR)、能量色散X荧光光谱仪(XRF)、差示扫描量热法(DSC)和热失重测试(TGA)等仪器对PU-DMG/Zn^(2+)进行表征和自修复性能评价。实验结果表明,Zn^(2+)能与DMG发生配位反应,有效提高PU-DMG/Zn^(2+)热稳定性和力学性能。当n(DMG)∶n(Zn^(2+))=1.5∶1时,PU-DMG/Zn^(2+)1.5∶1胶膜的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率分别是49.8 MPa和589.8%,40℃下自愈合效率为94.4%,软段T_(g)为-29.2℃,硬段T_(g)为99.4℃。
In order to solve the problem that the mechanical strength of polyurethane(PU)film is difficult to reconcile with self-healing,a series of self-healing alcohol-soluble polyurethane(PU-DMG/Zn^(2+))resins were synthesized from isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI),butanedione oxime(DMG),bio-based polycarbonate diol(PCDL),1,4 cyclohexanedimethanol(CHDM),ZnCl_(2)and other materials.The self-healing properties of PU-DMG/Zn^(2+)were evaluated by infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometer(XRF),differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)and thermogravimetric test(TGA).The experimental results show that Zn^(2+)can coordinate with DMG and effectively improve the thermal stability and mechanical properties of PU-DMG/Zn^(2+).When n(DMG):n(Zn^(2+))=1.5:1,the tensile strength and elongation at break of PU-DMG/Zn^(2+)1.5:1 filmare 49.8 MPa and 589.8%,respectively.The self-healing efficiency at 40℃is 94.4%,the T_(g) of the soft section is-29.2℃,and the hard section T_(g) is 99.4℃.
