摘要
信息处理速度(information processing speed,IPS)是多发性硬化患者最易受损的领域,IPS受损可以发生在疾病的各个阶段,被认为是多发性硬化认知障碍的诱因,并可进一步影响其他认知领域,影响疾病的进程。中医认为,多发性硬化认知障碍属于“神病”范畴,“心”为关键病位,心主神而任物,主宰生命活动并有信息处理及承担认知活动之责,与IPS具有高度的相关性。故该文将基于信息处理速度与“心主神而任物”的关系探讨中医诊疗多发性硬化认知障碍的思路,并总结其临床可应用中药方剂及中药单体等,以期为临床应用提供治疗依据。
Information processing speed(IPS)is the most vulnerable area for patients with multiple sclerosis(MS).Impaired IPS can occur at various stages of the disease,is considered as a trigger for cognitive impairment in MS,and can further influence other cognitive domains,affecting the course of the disease.According to traditional Chinese medicine,cognitive impairment of multiple sclerosis belongs to the category of“Shen disease”,and“heart”is the key disease position.The heart dominates the Shen,has the responsibility of information processing and cognitive activities,and decides on life activities,which are highly related with IPS.Therefore,based on the relationship between information processing speed and the heart dominates the Shen,has the responsibility of information processing and cognitive activities to discuss the diagnosis and treatment of the diagnosis and treatment of multiple sclerosis cognitive disorder,and summarizes the clinical application of Chinese medicine prescriptions and Chinese medicine monomer,in order to provide a therapeutic basis for clinical application.
