摘要
医疗机构感染监控信息化系统(简称感控系统)在提升医院感染管理效能、促进医疗服务高质量发展、保障患者和医护人员安全方面起着重要作用。系统了解我国感控系统的发展概况,明确其发展需求与前景,对于我国未来感控系统的规范化、同质化等高质量发展,具有重要的指导意义。本文系统综述了我国医疗机构感控系统的发展历程与阶段性成果,剖析了国内主流感控系统的主要功能,总结其建设经验与启示,并探讨感控系统建设价值和未来展望,以期为未来的感控系统信息化评价和高质量发展提供参考依据。
Infection surveillance and control information system(ISCIS)plays an important role in raising the management efficiency of nosocomial infection,promoting the high-quality development of medical service,and safeguarding the patients and health care workers.It is of great guiding significance for high-quality development of standardized,homogenized infection control system of China to systematically understand the overview of development of infection control systems and clarify the demands for development and prospects.The development history and phased objectives of the infection control systems were reviewed in the article,the major functions of the mainstream infection control systems were dissected,the construction experience and insights were summarized,and the values of construction of infection control systems and promising expectations were explored so as to provide bases for informatization evaluation and high-quality development of the infection control systems.
