摘要
目的对硬式内镜管腔类操作器械清洗消毒流程进行优化,提高清洗效果。方法抽取2024年2月—5月解放军总医院第七医学中心手术室术毕的硬式内镜管腔类操作器械4000件作为研究对象,按照不同的清洗操作流程随机分为试验组和对照组,比较两组硬式内镜管腔类操作器械清洗质量合格率、器械损坏率。结果分别采用目测法、三磷酸腺苷(ATP)生物荧光监测法、蛋白残留法和径道检测仪法对试验组和对照组硬式内镜管腔类操作器械清洗效果进行评估,合格率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),试验组合格率分别为99.80%、99.45%、99.55%、99.35%。试验组和对照组硬式内镜管腔类操作器械损坏率比较有统计学差异(P<0.05),试验组为0.15%。结论硬式内镜管腔类操作器械清洗流程的优化既能全方位提高器械的清洗质量,又加速了器械的周转使用,预防医院感染发生,保障患者安全。
OBJECTIVE To optimize the process of cleaning and disinfection of rigid endoscopic and luminal operating instruments so as to improve the cleaning effect.METHODS From Feb.2024 to May 2024,totally 4000 pieces of rigid endoscopic and luminal operating instruments were extracted from the operating rooms of the Seventh Medical Center of PLA General Hospital at the end of surgery,and the enrolled instruments were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the cleaning and operating procedures.The qualified rate of cleaning quality and the damage rate were observed and compared between the two groups of rigid endoscopic and luminal operating instruments.RESULTS The ocular estimation,adenosine triphosphate(ATP)biofluorescence monitoring method,protein residue method and diameter detector method were respectively employed to assess the cleaning effect of rigid endoscopic and luminal operating instruments in the experimental group and the control group,and there was significant difference in the qualified rate(P<0.05);the qualified rates of the experimental group were 99.80%,99.45%,99.55%and 99.35%,respectively.There was significant difference in the damage rate of rigid endoscopic and luminal operating characteristics between the experimental group and the control group(P<0.05),and the damage rate was 0.15%in the experimental group.CONCLUSION The optimization of the cleaning and disinfection process of rigid endoscopic and luminal operating instruments can not only improve the cleaning quality of the instruments but also accelerate the turnover of the instruments,which may prevent hospital-acquired infections and ensure the safety of the patients.
