摘要
感音神经性聋是耳鼻喉科常见急症,其中药物性聋是其主要病因之一。顺铂具有较强的广谱抗癌作用,但其不可忽略的毒副反应会对耳蜗造成不可逆转的损伤进而导致药物性聋。本文基于“痰瘀毒”交互理论探讨顺铂耳毒性发生机制的中医内涵,并结合西医角度分析并阐明顺铂耳毒性的病因、病机、病位及治则治法。同时梳理了中医药防治顺铂耳毒性的作用机制,以期对顺铂耳毒性的中西医临床研究提供一定的思路与方向。
Sensory sensorineural deafness is a common emergency in otolaryngology,with drug-induced deafness being one of its main causes.Cisplatin has a strong broad-spectrum anti-cancer effect,but its undeniable toxic side effects can cause irreversible damage to the cochlea and lead to drug-induced deafness.This review explores the traditional Chinese medicine connotation of the mechanism of cisplatin ototoxicity based on the interaction theory of phlegm,stasis,and toxin.Combining with the perspective of Western medicine,it analyzes and elucidates the etiology,pathogenesis,location,and treatment principles of cisplatin ototoxicity.At the same time,the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine in preventing and treating cisplatin ototoxicity was summarized,in order to provide some ideas and directions for the clinical research of cisplatin ototoxicity in traditional Chinese and Western medicine.
