摘要
目的观察醋酸奥曲肽注射液联合法莫替丁治疗急性胰腺炎(AP)的临床效果。方法选取2022年2月—2023年5月南京市六合区人民医院收治的64例AP患者的临床资料,按治疗方法不同分为研究组(n=32)和对照组(n=32),对照组给予法莫替丁治疗,研究组在对照组基础上给予醋酸奥曲肽注射液治疗,比较两组血清淀粉酶(AMS)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、降钙素原(PCT)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、临床症状缓解时间、临床疗效与不良反应发生情况。结果治疗5 d后,两组AMS、CRP、PCT和IL-6水平低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组;研究组临床症状缓解时间短于对照组,临床总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗期间,两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论醋酸奥曲肽注射液联合法莫替丁治疗AP可有效缓解患者临床症状,降低AMS水平,减轻炎症反应,且具有较好的临床效果和安全性。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Octreotide Acetate Injection combined with Famotidine in the treatment of acute pancreatitis(AP).Methods The clinical data of 64 patients with AP admitted to Nanjing Luhe District People's Hospital from February 2022 to May 2023 were selected.They were divided into study group(n=32)and control group(n=32)according to different treatment methods.The control group was treated with Famotidine,and the study group was treated with Octreotide Acetate Injection on the basis of the control group.The serum amylase(AMS),C reactive protein(CRP),procalcitonin(PCT),interleukin-6(IL-6),clinical symptom relief time,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After 5 d of treatment,the levels of AMS,CRP,PCT and IL-6 in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the study group were lower than the control group;the clinical symptom relief time in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,and the total clinical effective rate was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups during the treatment period(P>0.05).Conclusions Octreotide Acetate Injection combined with Famotidine in the treatment of AP can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients,reduce the level of AMS,reduce the inflammatory response,and has good clinical effect and safety.
