摘要
目的分析激光大隐静脉闭合术联合硬化剂注射治疗大隐静脉曲张患者的效果。方法选取2021年12月—2023年7月济南市莱芜区杨庄镇卫生院收治的80例单侧大隐静脉曲张患者作为研究对象,根据不同治疗方法分为观察组和对照组,各40例。对照组行大隐静脉高位结扎+分段剥脱术治疗,观察组行激光大隐静脉闭合术联合硬化剂注射治疗,比较两组患者围手术期指标、炎症因子水平和术后并发症、复发情况。结果观察组失血量少于对照组,手术时间、住院时间均短于对照组,术后72 h视觉模拟评分法评分低于对照组,术后1 d白细胞介素-6、肿瘤坏死因子-α水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者术后并发症总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组术后复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论激光大隐静脉闭合术联合硬化剂注射治疗大隐静脉曲张患者的效果良好,可有效减轻患者炎症反应,远期预后较好,且具有一定安全性。
Objective To analyze the effect of laser saphenous vein closure combined with sclerosing agent injection in the treatment of patients with great saphenous varicose vein.Methods From December 2021 to July 2023,80 patients with unilateral great saphenous varicose vein admitted to Laiwu District Yangzhuang Town Hospital of Jinan were selected as the research objects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into observation group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with high ligation of great saphenous vein+segmental stripping,and the observation group was treated with laser great saphenous vein closure combined with sclerosing agent injection.The perioperative indexes,inflammatory factor levels,postoperative complications and recurrence were compared between the two groups.Results The blood loss in the observation group was less than that in the control group,the operation time and hospitalization time were shorter than those in the control group,the Visual Analogue Scale score at 72 h after operation was lower than that in the control group,and the levels of interleukin-6 and tumor necrosis factor-αat 1 d after operation were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups(P>0.05).The recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Laser great saphenous vein closure combined with sclerosing agent injection is effective in the treatment of patients with great saphenous varicose vein.It can effectively reduce the inflammatory response of patients,with good long-term prognosis and certain safety.
