摘要
农业全产业链已成为我国农业转型升级、实现高质量发展的关键,对于推动农业现代化、促进农民增收和乡村振兴具有重要作用。特色农产品作为乡村产业的重要组成部分,因其品质与地域特性,研究其全产业链发展韧性,对促进特色农产品产业发展及农业全产业链建设有着重要的现实意义。该研究通过文献研究与实地调研,结合特色农产品产业特点,在分析特色农产品产业链影响因素的基础上,借鉴扎根理论方法,构建包括组织韧性、质量韧性、政策韧性、价值韧性和环境韧性5个维度的韧性评价指标体系。最后,参照评价指标体系及其韧性框架,为特色农产品全产业链发展提供策略性建议。
The entire agricultural industry chain has become the key to China's agricultural transformation and upgrading and achieving high-quality development.It plays an important role in promoting agricultural modernization,increasing farmers'income and rural revitalization.As an important part of rural industries,specialty agricultural products are of great practical significance to studying the development resilience of the entire industrial chain due to their quality and regional characteristics.Through literature research and field research,combined with the characteristics of the characteristic agricultural product industry,and on the basis of analyzing the influencing factors of the characteristic agricultural product industry chain,and drawing on rooted theory methods,this study builds a framework that includes organizational resilience,quality resilience,policy resilience,value resilience,and environmental resilience.Five dimensions of resilience evaluation indicators system.Finally,referring to the evaluation indicator system and its resilience framework,strategic suggestions are provided for the development of the entire industry chain of characteristic agricultural products.
