民族传统节日作为文化记忆的载体,承载着各民族的历史、文化与情感。促进各民族间的广泛交往交流交融,既增进了民族团结,又铸牢了中华民族共同体意识,是推进中华民族共同体建设的必由之路。从文化的凝聚功能、仪式的重复性和符号的象征性出发,探讨民族传统节日在传承历史记忆的同时,通过形式与内涵的创新,成为促进民族间相互理解与文化融合的重要平台。增强了各民族之间的互动与共识,为构建多元一体的中华民族共同体的具体实践提供理论支持。
The cultural significance of traditional ethnic festivals appears to be most evident in their cultural functions.Through rituals,narratives,and symbols,they consolidate collective memory and enhance cultural identity.The repetitive nature of rituals strengthens historical memory,while the symbolic elements imbue cultural identity with profound spiritual connotations.Through continuous reinterpretation and innovation,traditional ethnic festivals go beyond mere historical commemoration,endowing traditional culture with new societal meanings,preserving its rich heritage and integrating modern elements.While carrying profound historical significance,these days of celebration have demonstrated to promote the deep integration of tradition and modernity through diverse cultural practices,showcasing their adaptability and creativity in the face of societal changes.The rituals associated with festivals possess a strong social cohesive function,spurring group members to participate in collective activities and reinforcing a sense of community.During these rituals,individuals are known to sense a close affinity with the group,nurturing a deeper sense of belonging and identification with the community at large.Festival-associated symbols such as totems,patterns,and colors infuse dynamism into cultural development,highlighting the unique cultural characteristics of traditional ethnic holidays while broadening the dissemination of ethnic culture globally.The practical aspects of festivals manifested in specific celebratory activities,bring different ethnic groups closer together,fostering mutual understanding,tolerance,and interaction.These activities not only serve as platforms for cultural exchange but also facilitate deeper unification among ethnic groups,further strengthening the consciousness of the Chinese national community.Cultural confidence,as an intrinsic driving force of ethnical and artistic development,is vividly reflected in the preservation and innovation of traditional ethnic festivals.Festival culture can lay a foundation for shaping individual identity:By participating in festival activities,individuals deepen their connection to their culture.The cohesion of collective memory further heightens social identity,providing a firm foundation for ethnic unity and national identification.Moreover,integrating festivals and contemporary development demonstrates an open and inclusive cultural attitude.For days of celebration not only serve as vehicles for preserving ethnic culture but also as vital bridges for fostering mutual understanding,respect,and appreciation among different civilizations.Amidst global cultural exchanges,traditional ethnic festivals,with their rich and diverse forms of expression,showcase the unique allure of Chinese culture to the world,fostering friendship and understanding among different ethnicities and civilizations.In closing,traditional ethnic festivals have demonstrated to play a crucial role in cultural integration and value orientation.They represent not only an important means of promoting Chinese culture abroad but also,through an open and inclusive attitude,welcome global participation.Through a multi-dimensional and multi-layered showing of these festivals,other ethnic peoples can gain a deeper understanding of China's history,values,and cultural traditions.These holidays act as tools for transmitting historical memory and as significant pathways for fostering ethnic cultural identity and social recognition.Their repetitive rituals,symbolic meaning,and cultural transmission functions strengthen collective memory,consolidate the sense of a shared national community,and offer an essential platform for interaction and integration among multi-ethnic cultures.Through innovative forms and content,minority festivals rejuvenate their vitality,adapting to the evolving social milieu.Going forward,increased efforts should preserve and innovate festival culture,promoting an exchange and merging of multi-ethnic cultures.In doing so,traditional ethnic festivals can become an invaluable cultural asset in advancing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
