摘要
为了分析建筑工程成本并研究成本结算方法,采用文献研究法,首先对建筑工程成本进行分析,包括成本动态控制、材料设备控制等。之后从选取正确结算方法、严格管控结算过程研究成本结算关键点。最后结合N公司安置区开发计划的第二标段实际案例,讨论建筑工程成本内容与结算实践策略,并提出创新点,即使用二级挣值法对成本进行分析,最后制定纠偏措施,保障成本分析与结算数据的精准性。
In order to analyze the construction project cost and study the cost settlement method,this paper mainly adopts the literature research method.Firstly,it analyzes the construction project cost,including dynamic cost control,material and equipment control,etc.Then,it studies the key points of cost settlement from aspects such as selecting the correct settlement method and strictly controlling the settlement process.Finally,combined with the actual case of the second bid section of the resettlement area development plan of Company N,it discusses the content of construction project costs and practical settlement strategies,and puts forward an innovation point,that is,using the two-level earned value method to analyze the cost.Finally,corrective measures are formulated to ensure the accuracy of cost analysis and settlement data.
