固定床过氧化氢生产工艺后处理工序的应用探讨

摘要 针对真空脱水技术和碱塔技术在过氧化氢后处理工序的应用效果,分别从工作液脱水、降解物再生、工作液中过氧化氢的分解和运行成本等方面进行了对比分析和探讨。其中,碱塔脱水量为0.65 g/L,真空脱水量为0.83g/L。工作液经碱塔处理后,过氧化氢质量浓度由0.25g/L降至0.03g/L;真空脱水处理的工作液中过氧化氢含量维持不变。工作液经碱塔处理后,总有效蒽醌增量为1.62~2.12 g/L,蒽醌再生率为1.43%~1.90%;而真空技术采用物理除水,不具备再生作用。真空脱水的运行成本约为碱塔运行成本的1/4。结果表明,真空脱水技术的脱水能力和运行成本优于后者,但碱塔技术具有一定的工作液再生能力和分解工作液中过氧化氢的能力。最后,分别从再生剂改进和再生工艺改进两方面进行了概述。 In view of the application effect of vacuum dehydration technology and alkali tower technology in hydrogen perox-ide post-treatment process,it was analyzed and discussed from four aspects:dehydration of working fluid,degradation regen-eration,decomposition of hydrogen peroxide in working fluid and comparison of operating costs.Among them,the removal water of alkali tower was 0.65 g/L,and the removal water of vacuum was 0.83 g/L.The content of hydrogen peroxide was de-creased from 0.25 g/L to 0.03 g/L when the working liquid was treated by alkali tower.The hydrogen peroxide content in the working liquid of vacuum dehydration treatment remained unchanged.The increment of total available anthraquinone was 1.62~2.12 g/L and the regeneration rate of anthraquinone was 1.43%~1.90%.The vacuum technology adopted physical wa-ter removal without regenerative effect.The operating cost of vacuum dehydration was about 1/4 of the operating cost of al-kali towers.The data results showed that the dehydration capacity and operating cost of vacuum dehydration technology were better than the latter,but the alkali tower technology had a certain capacity of working fluid regeneration and decomposition of hydrogen peroxide in the working fluid.Finally,the research progress of the regeneration of biodegradants in working flu-ids was summarized from two aspects:the improvement of regenerant and the improvement of regeneration process.
