摘要
为研究桂西拜耳法赤泥中氟化物的溶出规律及影响因素,采用Tessier五步提取法明确赤泥氟化物各赋存状态质量分数,通过静态淋溶的试验方法改变粒径大小、初始溶液pH、液固比及环境温度,研究赤泥中氟化物随时间变化的释放规律并做初步的机理分析,最后采用正交试验分析赤泥中氟化物释放的主要影响因素。结果表明:赤泥中总氟质量分数约为1410.0 mg·kg^(-1),其赋存状态由高至低分别为残余态氟(Res-F)、铁锰结合态氟(Fe/Mn-F)、水溶性氟(Ws-F)、有机束缚态氟(Or-F)及可交换态氟(Ex-F);初始溶液pH、液固比及环境温度对溶液中氟化物浸出影响较大,且液固比的影响作用显著。研究成果可为桂西赤泥堆场周围环境氟化物防控治理提供科学依据。
To study the dissolution pattern and influencing factors of fluoride in red mud from Bayer process in western Guangxi,the Tessier five-step extraction method was used to clarify the occurrence and massfraction of fluoride in various states of red mud,the release law of fluoride in red mud over time was studied by changing particle size,initial solution pH,liquid-solid ratio,and environmental temperature through static leaching test method,and preliminary mechanism analysis was carried out.Finally,orthogonal experiments were used to analyze the main influencing factors of fluoride release in red mud.The research results indicated that,the total fluorine mass fraction in red mud was about 1410.0 mg·kg^(-1),and its occurrence states from high to low were residual fluorine(Res-F),iron manganese bound fluorine(Fe/Mn-F),water-soluble fluorine(Ws-F),organic bound fluorine(Or-F),and exchangeable fluorine(Ex-F).The initial solution pH,liquid-solid ratio,and environmental temperature had a significant impact on the leaching of fluoride in the solution,and the liquid-solid ratio had themost significant impact.The research results can provide scientific basis for the prevention and control of fluoride in the surrounding environment of the red mud yard in western Guangxi.
