低黏高强凝胶堵剂性能评价及机理分析

摘要 研制一种低黏高强凝胶堵剂体系,实现初始黏度较低、成胶黏度大、成胶时间可控,使其兼具优良的注入性能及封堵性能。结果表明:低黏高强凝胶堵剂初始黏度小于10 mPa·s,成胶黏度大于50000 mPa·s,成胶时间在7~36 h可控。剪切作用对低黏高强凝胶堵剂体系的成胶性能影响不大,耐剪切性良好;低黏高强凝胶堵剂在75℃条件下,存放30 d黏度变化较小,60 d仍能保持很高的黏度,热稳定性良好。堵剂注入性良好,且可以使室内实验岩心封堵率达到90%以上。实验数据及机理分析可为现场油田应用提供重要理论依据。 A kind of plugging agent system with low initial viscosity and high strength was developed,achieving low initial viscosity,large adhesive formation and controllable adhesive formation time,and having excellent injection performance and plugging performance.The experimental results showed that the initial viscosity of low initial viscosity and high strength plugging agent was less than 10 mPa·s,the adhesive viscosity was more than 50000 mPa·s,and the adhesive formation time could be controlled from 7 h to 36 h.Shear action had little effect on gelling performance of low initial viscosity and high strength plugging agent system,and the shear resistance was good.At 75℃,the viscosity of low initial viscosity and high strength plugging agent had little change after 30 d storage,and it could still maintain high viscosity after 60 d storage and had good thermal stability.The plugging agent could be injected well,and the plugging rate of laboratory test core was more than 90%.The experimental data and mechanism analysis in this paper can provide important theoretical basis for oilfield application.
